Madison Law Associates, LLC was founded by the Principal attorney, Samiha H. Yousuf over a decade ago with a focus towards insurance defense litigation. Over the years, the attorneys at MLA have tried hundreds of jury trials with enormous success. The firm has a depth of knowledge and experience in trial litigation from strategizing the moment a file is brought to our desk, through extensive motion practice, and ultimately successful verdicts at trial. While MLA prides itself in its reputation for extraordinary litigation skills, the lawyers at MLA also recognize the value in effectuating a settlement in favor for our clients to avoid the risks inherent in every jury trial. Since its founding, MLA has mastered the art of negotiation and given the same satisfactory litigation results to its clients through the settlement process.
